What makes you feel most radiant?
Walking in the sun with my dog in the morning after my self care rituals. I can feel the essential oils in my skin react to the rays and when I look at the smile on my dog's face, I couldn't possibly be more radiant. Its the best part of my day, everyday.
What daily practices are you devoted to? How do you create the time and space for them?
My mornings and evenings are sacred to me. I do my best to keep it as regular as possible, and I can absolutely tell the difference in my entire day when I take the time to set up it up and wind it down. Every morning, I wake up and sing a little ad-libbed tune to my animals (it's silly, I know but it starts my day in a cheerful way), and then I'll sit down on my meditation cushion for at least 5-10 minutes, sometimes more. I hold my Rose Quartz crystal, breathe deeply and chant the invocation for peace (lokah samastah sukino bhavantu) - my cat loves that part. Then a take my dog for a walk, and its off to the studio where all the GAIA magic happens! When I come home, I turn all the lights down low, light some candles, turn my salt lamp on and just cool down for at least an hour or two before bed.
What is success for you? How do you cultivate prosperity in your daily experience?
I try to stay as present as a possibly can in everything that I am doing. I take my time to do things well while managing the need for efficiency in our modern world. I let myself incubate ideas, and while some may call it procrastination, I call it patience. I've learned that if you rush things, you won't be able to keep up, so I take it one day at a time and try to give each second my all. If I can do that successfully for even half the day, I'll call it a win. Mostly, I know success is a balance between work, play, conscious collaboration, and rest.

My Morning Smoothie:
- 1 Banana
- Half a Grapefruit
- 1 Orange
- Bunch of Spinach
- Pinch of Mint
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of local Raw Bee Honey
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Matcha Green Tea
*repeat the affirmation: 'I am healthy, energized, and beautifully colorful'*
