"Beauty to me goes beyond of what the eye can see, it's more like what the soul can feel. It's anything that makes my heart sing and feel alive. To me, I get mostly excited to find beauty within nature which you can find the inspiration weaved in my work as well as playing with color harmony."
What makes you feel most radiant?
Doing my kundalini practice, being honest, working out and wearing my jewelry. Taking cold showers, massaging my face with a gua sha jade tool and eating balanced nutritious meals. It's important to mention I don't always feel radiant but these things keep me in tip top shape most of the time when I do them.
What daily practices are you devoted to? How do you create the time and space for them?
I have been working with kundalini teacher and spiritual counselor Taylor Eyewalker for almost 2 years now. She plays an important role on why I have the practices and tools I have today. She has given me many different practices I do daily including keeping my word and a kundalini practice I do every morning. I create space for them by first keeping my commitments to myself and then organizing my day prioritizing them.
What is success for you? How do you cultivate prosperity in your daily experience?
Success for me is feeling fulfilled. It's something that comes from within first. Because we can achieve all we want but if we are not fulfilled we are never going to be content and always strive for more and more with no satisfaction, it also ends up burning us out. For me mastering all my practices is success because it builds the foundation to everything in my life and if I can't get to myself first, nothing will ever feel successful to me. I also find that prosperity comes from feeling fulfilled with what you are doing. Cultivating prosperity is to always keep myself curious and cultivating my creativity. I have found that only when I'm connected with my creativity is that I am the most abundant inside and out.
What message are you called to share with other women?
To get out of their heads into their hearts. That has been my practice. To allow themselves to be who they are, to be expressive and to not be afraid of feeling or being different. Again this is all part of my personal practice which I hope to inspire people to do the same.

I think it's different for everyone, there is really no right way or one way for that matter. I have found that for me was to create structure in my practice by not compromising it for anything. Having a teacher keeps me accountable too because I used to be a flake when it came to committing to myself. I see my morning practice as the most important thing I must do everyday for my sanity. My day goes differently if I don't show up for myself so I choose to always put that in my head. It’s not always pleasant sitting in meditation but for me it’s more like a necessity, at least for now.
